INFRAMINT ARTIST AGREEMENT

By accepting these terms, you ("Artist") agree to the following:

1. ARTWORK AUTHENTICITY
All artwork listed must be your original creation. Mass-produced prints, reproductions, AI-generated images presented as physical originals, plagiarized work, and unauthorized copies are strictly prohibited. InfraMint reserves the right to remove any listing and suspend your account permanently if fraudulent work is detected.

2. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
InfraMint retains 30% of the artwork sale price as a gallery commission. If a partner referred you, they receive 5% (automatically for your first 3 sales, then at your discretion). You receive the remainder (65% with partner, 70% without). Shipping costs and customs duties are not subject to commission — they are passed through to the buyer.

3. SHIPPING OBLIGATIONS
You are responsible for packaging artwork safely and professionally. Upon receiving an order, you must provide a real shipping quote from your post office within 5 business days. Once the buyer approves and pays, you must ship within 7 business days and provide a valid tracking number. Failure to ship within this timeframe may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery or 7 days after shipping (whichever comes first). InfraMint will release your earnings after the escrow period. InfraMint is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or international transfer regulations.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You retain full copyright to your work. By listing on InfraMint, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, promote, and market your artwork on the platform and related marketing materials (social media, newsletters, etc.). This license terminates when you remove your listing, except for already-sold works which may remain in the platform's sales records and marketing archives.

6. BUYER RIGHTS
The buyer receives ownership of the physical or digital artwork. They do not receive reproduction rights unless explicitly stated. Digital artwork buyers receive the file for personal use only.

7. RETURNS & DISPUTES
If artwork arrives damaged, significantly different from the listing, or is proven to be fraudulent, the buyer may open a dispute. InfraMint will mediate disputes. If the dispute is found in the buyer's favor, the Artist may be required to refund the full sale price. InfraMint's decision in disputes is final and binding.

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Artists may not: manipulate sales or reviews, create multiple accounts, harass buyers or other artists, use the platform for money laundering, list stolen or plagiarized work, misrepresent artwork condition or dimensions, or attempt to circumvent the platform's commission by directing buyers to purchase off-platform.

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
InfraMint may suspend or permanently terminate your account for: violation of these terms, fraudulent listings, failure to ship orders, excessive disputes, or conduct that damages the platform's reputation. Pending payouts for delivered orders will still be honored. Payouts for undelivered orders will be refunded to buyers.

10. LIABILITY LIMITATION
InfraMint acts as a marketplace facilitator. The platform's total liability to any Artist shall not exceed the total commissions retained from that Artist's sales in the preceding 12 months. InfraMint is not liable for: artwork damage during shipping, customs seizures, buyer non-payment (escrow protects against this), international tax obligations, or loss of sales due to platform maintenance or downtime.

11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfraMint, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: your artwork listings, shipping failures, intellectual property disputes, tax obligations, or violation of these terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE.

13. MODIFICATIONS
InfraMint reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Artists will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
