• Shipping information: Address for collectors receiving artwork
• Transaction data: Purchase history, order details, payment records

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Operate and maintain the InfraMint marketplace
• Process transactions and distribute payments
• Verify artist identities and artwork authenticity
• Communicate with you about your account, orders, and platform updates
• Display public profiles and artwork listings to other users
• Improve our platform and user experience

3. What We Share

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these cases:

• Between buyers and sellers: Shipping address is shared with the artist to fulfill orders. Artist name and profile are publicly visible.
• Payment processors: Payment data is shared with Stripe to process transactions securely.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

4. Public Information

The following information is publicly visible on InfraMint:

• Artist profiles: name, bio, profile photo, social links, city/country, artwork listings
• Artwork listings: images, titles, descriptions, prices, medium, dimensions
• Blog posts published by InfraMint

Collector profiles, purchase history, shipping addresses, and payment details are private and never publicly displayed.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure authentication via Supabase
• Payment data handled by PCI-compliant processors (Stripe)
• Verification documents stored in private, encrypted storage

6. Cookies & Analytics

InfraMint uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use anonymous analytics to understand how the platform is used.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored on InfraMint
• Correct inaccurate information in your profile
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting us
• Export your data upon request
• Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. Deleted accounts have their personal data removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

InfraMint is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. International Users

InfraMint operates globally. Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
